I use non GMO Vit C crystals/pure ascorbic acid..fizzed w half as much baking soda in a half cup water>>to give sodium ascorbate...Chlorella/clay/charcoal to chelate metals freed by Vit C electrons....Dose/frequency are critical...food sources great! but bowel tolerance doses or IV infusions if needed are both antioxidant and pro-oxidant releasing H2O2 for immune support.
Pure C is cheap and works...marketing and opinion can confuse...As with any natural therapy, raise doses, frequency and take advantage of the synergy provided by a shotgun approach including diverse foods/supps and practices like sun/sauna/fasting/meditation.
